The Vegetable Garden

Assessment Plan

Students will construct a vegetable garden following specific directions and research providing a hands-on application. The students will complete the learning issues section of the problem based learning chart. Lessons will be summarized in the students' learning logs. Students will formulate original essays upon completion of the garden project. These essays will be placed on Web pages following a rubric. The insructor will review essays and logs to check student comprehension and understanding.
